Home Analytics exists to help individuals and families make better housing decisions through education, analysis and independent advisory services. Specific services — including housing assessment reports — are described at the time of your request, along with the applicable pricing and delivery timeline for that service.

2. Payment Terms

Pricing for each service is communicated at the time of request. Payment is collected via a secure payment link sent to you on WhatsApp (or another channel we specify) after we receive the information needed to begin. Payment must be completed before the relevant service begins.

All payments are final. Refunds are provided only if we are unable to deliver the agreed service within the agreed timeframe due to reasons on our end.

3. Service Delivery

Reports, analyses, and other deliverables are typically delivered via WhatsApp, as a PDF or written response. Specific delivery timelines are communicated to you at the time of your request.

4. Disclaimer and Limitations

Home Analytics services, reports and analyses are prepared for informational purposes only, based on data submitted by the user. Any scores or assessments are indicative in nature. Home Analytics does not guarantee the accuracy of any information presented.

Our services do not account for external obstructions, floor-level effects, future development, or actual site conditions. A site visit is strongly recommended before any property purchase decision.

Nothing we provide constitutes legal, financial, or architectural advice. All prospective buyers are advised to conduct independent due diligence before any property purchase.

5. Intellectual Property

All content, methodology, graphics, tools and analysis provided through our services are the intellectual property of Home Analytics. Materials provided through our services are for personal use by the requesting client only and may not be reproduced or distributed commercially without written permission.

6. User Responsibilities

Users are responsible for providing accurate and legitimate information relevant to the service requested, such as floor plans, property details, or other materials. Home Analytics will not be held responsible for outcomes resulting from inaccurate, incomplete, or misleading information submitted by the user.
