Floor plans, property details, and other materials you share with us are used exclusively to prepare and deliver the service you requested. They are not shared with any third party, not used for advertising, and not stored beyond the period required to complete and deliver that service.

Our website uses Google Analytics and Facebook Pixel to understand how visitors use our site. These tools collect anonymised usage data such as page views, device type and general location. No personally identifiable information is collected through these tools without your consent.

We use Firebase (Google Cloud) for secure data storage. All data transmission is encrypted via HTTPS. Payment processing does not involve us storing any payment card details.
